What we collect

• Account: your email address and a one-way hash of your password (we never store the password itself).
• Eldorado Seller API credentials: your Client ID and secret, encrypted. We never show the secret again after you save it.
• Eldorado account fingerprint: a keyed fingerprint of your Eldorado account id (not the id itself), used to allow one free trial per Eldorado account and to stop one account being connected twice. It is kept after you delete your account so the trial can't be reused.
• Automation data: your rules, templates and settings, the requests we acted on, and buyer usernames shown in your Eldorado notifications and requests.
• Account-listing logins: game-account logins you upload for instant delivery, encrypted and sent only to Eldorado.
• Audit log: a record of every automated action taken on your Eldorado account.
• Support requests: what you send through the contact form. These are kept after you delete your account so we can deal with follow-ups. [RETENTION PERIOD]
• Discord webhook: if you set up alerts, the webhook URL, encrypted.
• Two-factor login: if you turn it on, your authenticator key (encrypted) and one-way hashes of your recovery codes.
• Order data for automations: to send deadline warnings and learn which offer prices win, we read your paid and completed orders on Eldorado. For orders that came from a boosting offer we keep the order id, the price paid, when it started and finished, whether it was cancelled, and the review rating (positive or negative, not the text). We also keep a count of your positive and negative reviews.
• Boosting market data (shared): to price offers accurately from day one, smart pricing learns from boosting requests that any Eldosniper seller sees. We keep what Eldorado shows publicly about each request (game, rank range, server, mode such as duo or solo, and, once it closes, the winning offer’s price, delivery time and the winner’s review count and rating). We also add your own offer prices and whether they won or lost, in US dollars and without your identity. This goes into one shared model; other sellers only ever receive combined figures, shown only when at least three sellers contributed. Your contributions are deleted with your account. Buyer messages and free-text notes are never part of it.

Why we use it

To provide the service you signed up for (contract), to keep it secure and prevent abuse such as repeat trials (legitimate interest), and to answer you when you contact us.

Cookies

We use a single, strictly necessary session cookie to keep you logged in. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

Who we share it with

Eldorado (to carry out actions you configured), Discord (alerts you set up), and our hosting provider [HOSTING PROVIDER]. We don't sell personal data.

How long we keep it

While your account exists. Deleting your account (Settings → Delete account) removes your login and all connected Eldorado accounts and their data, except the account fingerprint described above. [RETENTION FOR SUPPORT REQUESTS AND BACKUPS]
