Terms of service

1. The service

Eldosniper automates selling tasks on Eldorado.gg through Eldorado's official Seller API: sending offers on boosting requests, listing accounts in bulk, and forwarding notifications to Discord. Eldosniper is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Eldorado.gg. “Eldorado” is used only to describe compatibility.

2. Who can use it

You must be a verified Eldorado seller with access to the Seller API, and old enough to enter a contract where you live. You're responsible for everything done through your account.

3. Following Eldorado's rules

You remain responsible for complying with Eldorado's terms and seller rules, including what you sell, the prices and delivery times you set, and the notes sent with your offers. We block some note content that Eldorado forbids, but that check isn't a guarantee. We're not responsible for actions Eldorado takes on your account.

4. Free trial

The free trial lasts 7 days and starts when you first connect an Eldorado seller account. There is one free trial per Eldorado account, whichever login connects it. When the trial ends, automations pause until you choose a plan.

5. Plans, payment and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly at the prices shown on the pricing page. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Refunds are covered by our refund policy. [PAYMENT TERMS: provider, renewal, failed payments]

6. Your credentials and data

You give us your Seller API credentials so we can act on your behalf. We store them encrypted and use them only to provide the service. How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use Eldosniper to break the law or Eldorado's rules, to spam buyers, to interfere with the service, or to get around plan limits or the one-trial-per-account rule.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but can't promise it will be uninterrupted. Eldorado can change or limit its API at any time, which may affect features. We may change these terms; if a change is significant we'll tell you before it applies.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for lost sales, lost profits or actions taken by Eldorado. [LIMITATION WORDING TO BE CONFIRMED FOR JURISDICTION]

10. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
