Why does a request show “skipped”?
A handled request shows skipped when your daily cap for real offers was reached; the reason next to it says so. You can raise the cap in the boosting settings.
Some requests are never listed: ones that match none of your rules, ones from buyers you've muted on Eldorado, and ones older than your “ignore requests older than” setting (15 minutes by default).
