What does “unknown” mean on an offer or listing?

Unknown means we sent the request but Eldorado didn't answer clearly (a timeout or a server error). The offer or listing may have been created anyway.

We never retry these automatically, because a retry could create a duplicate. Check on Eldorado first. For mass listing, use Retry unknown only if the listing really isn't there.
